How does it work

It's quite simple. Have a look around in the shop and when you want to have something, just fill in the quantity and click "ORDER". You'll then get an overview of the things you ordered so far. If you want to look around some more or order more items, you simply click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" and you will find yourself back in the shop. At all times you can click on "VIEW ORDER" to see what you have ordered so far. You can still make changes or delete items.
When you are finnished you can click "CHECK OUT" in the "VIEW ORDER" screen and you'll be asked to fill in your name and address. At this moment you can still decide to cancel your order. Only when you click "PLACE ORDER" after you have filled in your personal data correctly, your order will be processed.
You will then get an order confirmation on screen which you can print out for your own administration. But you'll also receive the same confirmation by e-mail.
After we have received your money transfer we will send your order within a week.

How do I pay

NOTE: Inside the EMU you don't have to pay transaction costs.
Outside the EMU your bank may charge you for the transaction. Be sure to fill in "all charges for ordering customer" (OUR) when transfering money, because we cannot accept the charges for your money transfer.
Please be sure to fill in the IBAN and Swift/BIC number as well !

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long does it take before I receive my order
A: It depends on how long it takes you to transfer the money. We will send your order within a week after we received your payment. The mail usually delivers within three days. So on average you can count with two weeks from the moment you ordered, untill delivery.

Q: Why do I have to pay before you will send me my order?
A: Unfortunately there are a lot of jokers on the internet, who think it's funny to order things on somebody elses name. That means a lot of extra costs for our organization.

Q: How can I trust you will send me my order?
A: Loesje is an international organization with an office in the Netherlands. We are registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce since 1994 under number 41052294.
